Description
Another still life I had done for my painting class. Everyone took the good spots, but lucky for me I found this awesome hen sculpture. We were only allowed to use blue, orange and all of its in-between neutrals.
I think I worked on that hen a little more than I should have, all the rest looks like shit. xD
Done in oil paints in 3 drawing sessions. Still think I could have done much better than this, but towards the end of the 2nd session, I've been half-assing it lol.

Sounds like a great exercise, using limited colours like that! The hen did come out really well. I'm so jealous! I would love to dabble with oils.
