[EDIT] Changed the file, the scanner I used in my school killed the colours. My scanner brought out it's more true colours lol. [/EDIT]

It's been a while since I have drawn Lumi actually, at least something personal.

I am really happy on how this turned out, this is another one of those "slice of life" drawings. I tried to make it as personal and as close to me as possible in terms of personality and the clothing style I wear.

This is based off a photo I took of myself, just rendered it to be Lumina, haha.

Oh you finished it! And it looks SO GOOD.
The colours are so dark and rich, I really really love it! the shading on the hair, especially in the bangs, there's such a strong contrast between highlight and shadow, it adds a lot of depth and just an overall fantastic real-ness. It would have been really cool if you had pulled off the paint splatters you wanted to do, but this is also really a great background. It's uniform enough to keep the focus on your Lumiself, but still very interesting to look at. I especially love the purple, since it's just SO. YOU. The scarf! I have gloves that would match it fabulously hahahah I really love the scarf though, the shading is really lovely and the way you've drawn it--it just looks so NATURAL draping across her figure. Actually, all of the clothes look really natural in the way they're positioned, it's not stiff at all, they look THERE. Fantastic work. I can tell this is a very personal piece, and you've executed it beautifully.

Thank you~ I love colouring hair, it is one of my favourite things to do when it comes to colouring xD I am still wishing I had waited and tried out the paint splatters but ah well, another time for that I suppose lol. I used the purple as a way to balance out between Lumi's blue fur and the red that appears on her scarf and a bit of her undershirt.

Lol really? I actually have gloves that match with the scarf too! I think you may have seen them on my BookFace xD
